The “Home Purchase Contract” project  is being done as my contribution to the Jewish Genealogical Society of Central Germany, established in June 2024. I am coordinator of the Thuringia Working group.

My location in Vancouver, Canada, shapes my activity to the following:
1.  I am using this website to post some of the resources that researchers in Germany are compiling. Since the Society does not have its own digital platform, publication here may provide researchers with access to valuable documents.

2.  I am ensuring of all Jews who were deported from villages, towns, and cities in Thuringia to Theresienstadt Ghetto in the geni.com database have profiles in the geni.com database. And that these profiles will include text that describes the Home Purchase Contract the individual was forced to sign.
